Anna Perks, Founder & supervisor

Anna is the Founder and Co-Owner of Perks Deconstruction. Her background in Zero Waste and sustainable materials management coupled with her extensive experience and training in deconstruction make her a valuable ally in creating reuse and recycling programs in the construction and demolition space.

We’ll work directly with your staff to create the necessary waste and reuse plans required by the City of Boulder, the City and County of Denver, and LEED certifications. Our experienced staff provide direction from project inception to final hauling and paperwork, working to make sure projects start on the right foot, are managed well, and that they inform and engage each stakeholder every step of the way.
