Our Services

Comprehensive deconstruction SOLUTIONS for General contractors and demolition companies

Whether you’re a general contractor, city staff worker, or organization leader, we provide thorough, professional guidance on all things related to deconstruction and sustainable building material management.

Here are more details about what we offer.

required demolition and construction waste and reuse plans

We’ll work directly with your staff to create the necessary waste and reuse plans required by the City of Boulder, the City and County of Denver, and LEED certifications. Our experienced staff provide direction from project inception to final hauling and paperwork, working to make sure projects start on the right foot, are managed well, and that they inform and engage each stakeholder every step of the way.

Deconstruction Workforce Training

When waste and reuse plans are in place, our staff can help your team ensure the plans are executed in full and that waste is truly diverted as expected. By training supervisors, foreman, and general laborers on what materials are reused and recycled, contractors can give clients and building owners a sense of security and confidence in their work, making them feel good about their investment and the impact of their project.

Deconstruction Supervisor Training

We take the responsibility and tasks off general contractors or other members of management who may not have the sustainability background or the time to train staff on permits related to reusing and recycling materials. We provide support and guidance to sustainability staff members, ensuring a smooth compliance process and acting as a liaison between corporate or main office contacts and field teams.

Waste diversion reporting

We take care of all the paperwork, environmental benefits tracking and reporting for green building certifications including:

  • LEED certifications

  • TRU certifications

  • Project specific waste reduction goals

We’ll take the paperwork off your plate while helping to tell the story of environmental impact to share with clients and meeting necessary building requirements and permits.

Deconstruction Advising

Does your demolition team need additional training on deconstruction practices? Our deconstruction experts can help your staff identify what materials go where — reuse, recycle, or trash — as well as the ins and outs of how to disassemble specific spaces and items, as well as the full dismantling of homes and buildings. We provide insider knowledge from first-hand experience on processes and material markets, helping your staff be more informed on sustainability practices that may be required by local cities and permits.

Our deconstruction advising includes:

  • Training on specific deconstruction practices to preserve and salvage materials including but not limited to flooring, foundations, roof, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and outdoor deck deconstruction

  • Trainings to help staff identify and sort reusable materials

  • Trainings to help staff identify and sort recyclable materials
