About Us
We’re a team of caring professionals looking to make sustainable demolition and construction practices the norm
our mission
We provide comprehensive deconstruction and demolition services that allow homeowners and contractors to salvage, donate, and recycle as many materials as possible. Our goal is to be a beacon of sustainability in Colorado’s construction and demolition industry by offering deconstruction services and resources to help inspire the public to donate reusable building materials and use reclaimed materials when renovating or building. Our work builds partnerships among community members that help create green circular economies and Zero Waste systems.
our vision
We envision a world where the more sustainable alternative to demolition — deconstruction — is the default choice for home builders and contractors, and where the building of every new home, building, and renovation includes the use of reclaimed and recycled materials.
Deconstruction is an integral part of building a Zero Waste community: Compared with conventional demolition services, deconstruction services have been proven to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, create green jobs, and reduce impacts to local environments. We take seriously our role in building a Zero Waste future and believe it’s key in creating a livable future on this planet. Learn more on our FAQ page
OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES
Sustainability: We approach every job with a salvage first mentality.
Collaboration: We work with a number of stakeholders from architects/structural engineers who spec materials, to homeowners to manufacturers to develop end-markets for reused materials etc.
Golden Rule: We treat others how we would want to be treated, with integrity and respect.
Challenge the status quo: We continue to innovate ways to reuse demolition debris and don’t accept traditional “scrape” and re-build mentality
Resilience: At the end of the day attitude means everything. We want to focus on what’s going well. We realize that we’re paving the way in the industry and there will be inevitable bumps in the road.
Communication: We value honest and up-front communication amongst our team members and with our clients.

Building Sustainable Communities: Our Role in a Zero Waste Economy
The construction and demolition industry (C&D) currently accounts for around 40% of all the waste entering Colorado landfills today. We’re on a mission to work with contractors, developers, interior designers, architects, and homeowners across the state to reduce the flow of demolition waste to the landfill and, instead, practice Zero Waste to keep perfectly usable materials in the production loop through material donation and resale programs. We prioritize resource conservation and reuse in everything we do and offer deconstruction outreach to various sectors of the community through “lunch and learn” presentations and our website.
